Despite having uninterrupted views in every direction, this was the mountain I kept returning to. It held the evening differently. The light settled gently across its surface, never dramatic, just present.

This image captures the moment as day loosened its grip. Colour thinning in the sky, the moon lifting without ceremony, and the landscape easing into shadow.

It felt like a pause rather than a spectacle. A calm end to the day, observed quietly from below, and held exactly as it was.
