Quiet Mile
Isle of Skye, Scotland
This was a frame I carried in my head long before it appeared in front of me. Not because it’s dramatic, but because of its clarity.
The road moves gently through the foreground, unhurried, pulling the eye toward the distant, snow-dusted peaks. Light settles softly across the mountains, lifting their edges without overpowering them, while the land below remains grounded and subdued.
There’s a stillness to the scene that feels earned. A sense of space, direction, and calm.
