ENQUIRE ABOUT THIS WORK
Slioch rose quietly from the surrounding land, its upper slopes holding onto the last traces of light while everything below fell away into shadow. Snow clung to the ridges, tracing the structure of the mountain rather than softening it, giving the form a sense of permanence.

The blue hour stripped the scene back. Colour thinned, contrast deepened, and the mountain began to feel less like part of the landscape and more like something separate from it.

Nothing about the moment felt staged or anticipated. It was simply there, revealed briefly as the light faded, a reminder that some places don’t ask for attention, they command it.
